Terms of Service

Last updated 10 August 2026 · Webyhost is a product of Mukh.one (Ibranext Technologies and Consultancy Services FZC-LLC, Dubai, UAE).

The short version. One website is hosted free on our subdomain, carrying a small Webyhost credit. You pay monthly for your own domain, for the AI assistant to answer real visitors, and for more than one site. Cancel any time — paid features stop, your free site and your drafts stay. Your content is yours; don't publish anything illegal, and don't resell hosting as if it were your own infrastructure.

1. What you get

Webyhost generates a one-page website from what you tell it, hosts it on a subdomain (or your own domain on the higher plans) with HTTPS, and gives you an AI assistant that answers your visitors from your site's own content.

Building and previewing are free and unlimited, and one site can be published free on a webyhost.mukh1.com address with HTTPS. That free site carries a small “Built with Webyhost” credit. A paid plan removes the credit, allows your own domain, switches the assistant on for real visitors, and raises the number of sites you may publish.

A free site is hosted on a fair-use basis. We may suspend one that is unused for a long period, or that consumes resources far beyond a normal small-business page, and we will contact you first where we can.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. One person or business per account, unless you are on an agency plan, which is designed for running client sites.

3. Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing section.
There are no usage charges and no overage bills. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI assistant messages; past it, the assistant politely points visitors at your contact details rather than charging you more.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not automatically refund part-months. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue.
If a payment fails we may suspend publishing after a reasonable attempt to reach you. Your content is not deleted.

4. What you may publish

Your content stays yours. By publishing through us you give us only the permission needed to host and serve it. You agree not to publish:

anything unlawful where you or your customers are, or that infringes someone else's rights;
malware, phishing, or pages impersonating another person or business;
content you do not have the right to use, including images and text taken from another site.

We may remove content or suspend a site that clearly breaches this, and we will tell you why.

5. The AI parts, honestly

Your site's copy is generated by an AI model from the material you provide. Review it before you publish — you are responsible for what your website says. The assistant is deliberately constrained: it answers only from your site's knowledge base and business details, and is instructed never to invent prices, hours or availability, and never to confirm a booking. It can still be wrong. It is a helpful front desk, not a binding agent, and nothing it says forms a contract on your behalf.

6. Branding

Free-tier websites carry a small Webyhost credit; every paid plan removes it from your website. The chat widget always shows a small "Powered by Mukh.one". We do not offer white-labelling.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service up but do not promise a specific uptime figure. Maintenance, upstream provider failures and the occasional bug happen. If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period, tell us and we will make it right.

8. Ending it

You may close your account at any time; doing so deletes your sites, uploaded material and enquiries, and takes any published site offline. We may close an account that breaches section 4, or that we are legally required to close. We will give notice unless the law prevents it.

9. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders and the date above updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
